The Luminox Navy SEAL Dive Watches that are Series 2 differ from Series 1 by the strap. Series 2 (shown below) have a special nylon strap with prominent Luminox logo and eagle holding a trident. Series 1 has a PU strap. The Series 2 is very cost effective as well. This entry level Luminox has all the same luminescent features as the collectible $2000 Luminox watches.
